As a ski resort hospital, Mammoth Hospital provides extensive state-of-the-art equipment, and professional staff and services to address everything from massive trauma to sprained ankles. This hospital is limited in their near and cardiac care.

In the event a patient requires more extensive medical care as a result of multiple trauma, they may be flown by helicopter out to larger regional medical centers such as Renown in Reno, or Loma Linda University Hospital. 

In addition to the hospital you will also find dentistry, primary care physicians, physical therapy, and wellness programs available locally. Optometry services are available in Bishop or Reno and many drive to nearby Gardnerville and Carson City for other health care needs.
