• • • The June Lake Fire Protection District was first chartered on July 19, 1939.
    • The original fire station was built in the 1940’s and has been updated in 1963 and again in 1993.  

The June Lake Fire Department is staffed by community volunteers. while it requires dedication and many hours of training to become a firefighter, it is also very rewarding way to serve others.  Fire practice is held on Thursday nights.
