Cat's Flower House

Image   At a time when most businesses in June Lake were cutting back hours due to a quiet winter, Cathie Carpenter took a risk. She was given the opportunity to renovate the old, and historic Cherokee Lodge main house and office. Entertained by her vision, many good friends offered their time and skills to help complete the work. This fun project cheered up main street and created a service for the community. By December 2006, she and her daughter Cat were pleased to announce they had Christmas trees for sale. Then in February, Cat's Flower House celebrated it's Grand Opening, just in time for Valentine's Day!

An array of fresh flowers are usually available, as well as gifts, cards, and photography by local artists. If you would like to order flowers, call Cat's Flower House @ (760) 709-6873, or email courageous@junelakeloop.com.

Specialty flowers can be acquired with a little advance notice.

Image  With the High Sierra being such a beautiful destination for both bride and groom, Cathie, an Ordained Minister, also delights in the privilege of performing marriage ceremonies here. From the shores of June Lake beach, to the lawns of the Double Eagle Resort & Spa, within the autumn colored Aspen groves, or on the snow covered peaks of June Mountain, each occasion is special and unique.
Hours vary, so please leave a message and your call will be promptly returned! Flower deliveries gladly made around the June Lake Loop, as well as Lee Vining.  Image
